Gifts and rewards from this promotion can be claimed for the booking made during the period July 19 - Oct 19, 2024. Also, all bookings should be consumed by Dec 31, 2024.
This promotion is valid only in selected countries in the APAC.
Prizes featured on the promotion website can be claimed on reaching the specific consumed booking sales target.
The rewards from this promotion cannot be clubbed with any Promotion/Offer.
Prizes and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Once you claim a gift at one level, the opportunity for the next reward starts fresh. But if you want bigger prizes without slowing down, you can skip the current one and go straight for the next booking target. This allows you to earn better rewards without any breaks.
TBO Holidays would not be responsible in case of any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged gifts, and a replacement gift would not be issued.
Gifts are freely transferable, and the holder is solely responsible for gifting/handing it to a beneficiary and its usage.
The decision of TBO to reward Bookers based on their bookings shall be final in all cases.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Visas and any other expenses have to be paid by travelers on their own. Any bookings made that constitute fraud or misrepresentation to TBO or its affiliates by the Participant may result in the termination of participation in the Promotion and/or forfeiture of the Participant’s reward points earned under their account. Further, you agree and confirm that you shall at all times be liable to ensure that you are in compliance with all applicable laws in order to ensure your due and fair participation in the Promotion. You also agree and confirm that in the event you are chosen as a winner of the Promotion, you will ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to receipt of the prize (whether in case or in kind), including but not limited to local tax laws and other local compliances.
All taxes, duties, or other expenses associated with the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. TBO shall not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by the winners in relation to the prizes.
TBO reserves its right to revise these terms or suspend/discontinue the Promotion at its sole discretion (and for valid reasons), and also independently audit your use and continued participation in this Promotion. Further, TBO shall ensure compliance with the applicable laws in order to conduct and run this Promotion.
TBO disclaims any and all liability that may result from your participation in the Promotion, the redemption of reward points, or for any other type of goods or services whatsoever provided or to be provided through the Promotion. TBO does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the goods and services offered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBO specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Promotion, reward points, and any products or services, including any WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.
In order to participate in the Promotion, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless and our respective employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors and suppliers from and against any liabilities, losses, investigations or inquiries, claims, suits, costs and expenses (including without limitation – reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of or otherwise relating to your participation in the Promotion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect claims, including any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your participation in the Promotion.
You agree to participate in the Promotion, in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations. You also agree not to circumvent any law or any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
